Registration & Admission

Admission in other classes:
  1. Birth Certificate from the school where the student is studying
  2. Date of birth shall not be changed at any stage later.
  3. Stamp-size photographs of the student to be affixed on the registration form and interview slip.
  4. Parents of the student shall necessarily be present to submit the Registration form in the school.Interview of the student will be taken on the same day.
  5. Written Test will be taken in English, Hindi, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies and General Knowledge.
  6. Report Card of Annual Examination shall be submitted at the time of the Written Test.
    7. Note-
    • Admission will be strictly on the basis of the written test and the interview.
Admission:
  1. The list of the children selected for admission shall be published on the School Notice Board on the date given.
  2. Admission of the selected children shall be taken on the assigned days. Those who fail to respond shall forfeit their chance.
  3. The first instalment of the fees shall be made in the School Office at the time of admission.
  4. Certificate and Reports: The following documents are essential at the time of admission.
    • Transfer Certificate from the school last attended.
    • A Xerox copy of the Mark List (Report Card) along with the original.
    • Two stamp-size photographs.
    • Medical Fitness Certificate: Pro forma will be given from the school after the results are declared; the Fitness must be certified by physician in Govt. service.
  5. The parents of the candidate must be present at the time of admission. No representation will be accepted.
